Access to the Commercial Print License files will be granted through the Kickstarter Downloads sections of our website here: https://www.engin3d.com/member-downloads
Lifetime Commercial Print License:
By purchasing this license, you are authorized to sell physical, printed versions of the Modular WarTrains models for as long as you wish.
You may not, under any circumstances, sell, share, or distribute the STL files in any form.
Restrictions:
You are prohibited from selling Modular WarTrains models or any derivatives thereof as part of another Kickstarter campaign or similar crowdfunding project.
The commercial print license is strictly for the purpose of selling printed physical models.
License Revocation:
Failure to comply with these terms will result in the immediate revocation of your commercial print license.
Any breach of these rules will lead to legal actions to protect our intellectual property rights.
Attribution:
When selling the physical models, you must attribute the design to Engin3D.
Modifications:
You are allowed to make modifications to the printed models. However, any modified designs must also comply with the above restrictions and cannot be sold as STL files.
Marketing Support:
We are willing to provide digital renders and advertising material upon request. However, we cannot guarantee to meet specific requirements.
